This framework aligns with the mandates and jurisdictions of each authority and includes monitoring and investigating violations of intellectual property rights by Authority. Any identified violations are referred to SAIP in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the framework involves the exchange of data between the two parties.
Organizing the mechanism of linking the economic-related services provided by the Authority to the beneficiaries with the unified platform of the Saudi Business Center aims to facilitate the procedures for starting and practicing economic activities and to provide all related services according to the best international practices.
The General Authority for Media Regulation and the Authority of Literature, Publishing, and Translation have agreed to enhance cooperation and integrate data in a manner that serves the public interest and contributes to the development of media and cultural services.
