The General Authority for Media Regulation has announced its readiness to participate in the prominent global advertising event, IGNITE THE ADS, which will be held at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh from May 28 to 31. The event has toured over 20 cities worldwide over the past twenty years.
The Authority has set up an informational and service booth, providing visitors with the opportunity to learn about its services related to permits and regulations that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the advertising sector. It will also offer media professionals the chance for direct professional registration at the booth.
The Authority places significant importance on its participation in this exhibition, which attracts marketing professionals, advertisers, influencers, content creators, and brand makers from both the Kingdom and abroad. It is considered the largest gathering of experts and professionals in the marketing and advertising field.
As the official media umbrella for the media sector in the Kingdom, the Authority will actively participate in the seminars held during the exhibition. These sessions will primarily focus on the latest marketing and advertising technologies, innovative digital marketing strategies, and the needs of the advertising sector and content creators.
The Authority aims to enrich its participation by engaging with visitors, creative individuals, media entrepreneurs, and investors, offering its services to a wide audience in the media and advertising sectors. It will emphasize the importance of professional registration for advertising professionals such as photographers, directors, and designers, and raise awareness about the necessity for individual advertisers to obtain reliable licenses before advertising on Saudi platforms.
IGNITE THE ADS, hosted by KAFD in the Saudi capital, has been held periodically worldwide since 2004. It includes events, panel discussions, and workshops with leading experts in the digital advertising sector and attracts increasing numbers of visitors, reaching up to 50,000 annually.
